Head of Partner Sales

Want to build international partner sales from the ground up – with a proven product, regulatory tailwind, and a clear mandate?

M2M Solutions is an industrial IoT company based in Jönköping, Sweden. On our proprietary Purplepoint™ platform, we help companies digitize their operations – and our spearhead is Purplepoint Pest Control: connected traps and sensor-based monitoring, with cloud and app, reducing pest control companies' service visits by up to 75%. EU regulation is restricting chemical pest control and pushing the entire industry toward digital monitoring – a need we are well positioned to meet. The market is large and extremely fragmented: more than 10,000 independent pest control companies in Europe alone. You don't reach that market one customer at a time – we are building an international network of resellers and distributors, and we're looking for the person who will own and build that sales channel.

The role

As Head of Partner Sales, you drive the build-up of M2M Solutions' international partner sales of Purplepoint Pest Control. You are responsible for identifying, recruiting and developing resellers and distributors in priority European markets – and for giving them what they need to succeed: partner agreements, pricing and business model, training, sales tools and joint customer visits on the first deals. The focus is on partners actually selling and growing, not on the number of agreements signed.

Our first international partner launch is planned for this autumn – you take the baton from the CEO and scale from there. Direct sales toward selected key accounts and reference deals is part of the role when it opens new markets, always in concert with – never in competition with – our partners.

You report directly to the CEO. Preferred location is our office in Jönköping or Gothenburg, but remote work from another location is possible for the right person. Travel across Europe is part of the role. The exact title is something we shape together with you.

You thrive in a business-driven builder role in a company with high ambitions. You bring drive and genuine engagement in sales – your own and your partners'.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience of selling through partners, resellers or distributors – preferably internationally

  • Understanding of business models combining hardware with cloud services and subscriptions

  • A proven ability to deliver results and build long-term business relationships

  • Fluent English, spoken and written

Experience from the pest control industry or its supplier side, German or other European language skills, and experience from growth companies scaling from proof-of-concept to expansion are all strong merits.
